Catherine grew up in Ottawa and has spent time both in rural communities and urban settings within the Valley.  She brings years of sales and customer service experience to her real estate business.  Customer Service is very important to her, knowing that a happy client will give referrals and repeat business.  These things are far more important than "getting the sale".
